The Harry Master’s Jersey Cider Apple has medium sized fruit and provides a bittersweet juice when pressed. The skin is streaked red over a green yellow background. The fruit has some russeting around the stem. This is an heirloom variety semi-dwarf tree (grown on rootstock MM 111) that dates back to the 1800’s from England.
